		<description>Can I suggest Lansinoh - it&#039;s used for split nipples on breastfeeding women , superb for stopping chafing. Never had a chaffing problem just sore nipples occasionally.

Use on the inner thigh and armpit and it&#039;ll be fine - better than vaseline</description>
