I’m in on a GFA time of 3:44:46 so I’m hoping to do another sub 3:45 but I feel it’s going to be about 3:50.
This is my first marathon…I’m aiming for 4 hours or less! Eek!
I didn’t get into VLM10, but am running Edinburgh. Can I still enter?
I ran FLM09 in 4h30m58s and am hoping to shave 15 mins off that as well, but anything under 4h20m will make me happy! To be honest I’d even be pleased if I only shave a minute off last year’s time…
Hoping for a sub 3 hour finish… but looking unlikley… training’s been hot and cold this time. (Never say never I guess)
I’m looking to beat my Loch Ness time of 3:13. Aiming for around 3:05
