About

Sport Relief

I’m James. I’m a 26-year-old marathon runner, blogger and multimedia designer based in Blackheath, London (the start of the London marathon). I started the blog in an effort to keep friends and family entertained and donating to my then marathon charity, the MS Society. I raised over £2400 for the cause with the help of readers and the people at Justgiving, who voted my cheeky, amateur video the winner of their 2009 video competition.

I ran the London marathon again in 2010 for the Lymphoma Association, raising over £2400 with the Sponsor a block campaign and will be running again in 2011 as an 11-minute-mile Runner’s World pacer.

The Sir Jog A Lot blog is a resource aimed at the athletics and running community and those looking to lose weight, competing in running events/races or who generally enjoy the jogging lifestyle. You’ll also find the occasional review and prize giveaway.

I’m always looking for health & fitness products, sportswear and jogging gadgetry to review on the website.  If you’re interested then please get in touch.
